Initial situation

Numerous digital transformation projects to the cloud are underway and will continue over the next few years.

Users are not at all aware of these environments.

Choice of BS-Team

We were looking for a partner capable of carrying out various learning mandates for all our world-wide users.

Our BS-Team trainer holds a Master’s degree in Communication, a Brevet Fédéral de formateur d’adultes and numerous NLP and adult trainer courses.
What’s more, she has many years’ experience of Microsoft environments.

Project realization

Depending on the type of tool, the location of users and their profile, different types of training were offered:

• Short face-to-face sessions in small groups
• Floowalking, coaching users in their usual work environment
• Longer half-day or one-day courses
• Video or webcast tutorials produced in recording studios

Training is given on office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or on modules from the Office 365 suite: Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Yammer, Planner, Flow, Forms, Delve, Sway, Stream, SharePoint, etc.

End of project

Our trainer’s pedagogy and knowledge are perfectly aligned with our needs and we are considering continuing to work with BS-Team for all our training courses throughout the year.
