Initial situation

A great deal of data resided on various heterogeneous media, such as SQL databases, flat files, Excel documents, Dynamics 365 CRM online, and so on.

The first objective was to centralize some of this information in a DWH on Microsoft Azure, and then to implement a BI solution on top of it.

Choice of BS-Team

We were looking for a Microsoft partner who was perfectly positioned in Cloud solutions and with extensive expertise across an entire IS, so as to be able to support and advise us throughout the project.

Project realization

With the help of a BS-Team Architect, we were able to define the concept of the chosen solution, then challenge it.

Some of the information would be synchronized with our future Azure DWH.
The rest would not be in the DWH, but could be aggregated and used in BI.

The Power BI tool was then selected and the project implemented.
The aggregated data came from the DWH as well as from other information systems, both cloud and non-cloud.

The technical solution proposed was both daring and effective.

End of project

BS-Team was able to master the implementation of this hybrid environment better than anyone else, and provide real added value in terms of Business Intelligence.

Other projects will be carried out in collaboration with BS-Team.
