Mission:

In our Microsoft Solutions Integration department, we’re looking for a M365 / SharePoint Technical Leader to support our customers in implementing or upgrading their M365 solutions. This is an exciting opportunity that combines technical and interpersonal skills.

Your role:

• Identify business needs, build and prioritize scenarios.
• Position and customize the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, OneDrive or complementary third-party solutions)
• Define and support functional governance, reconciling business needs and sectoral constraints
• Ensure that M365/Azure projects comply with safety requirements and challenges
• Oversee the Microsoft roadmap and propose recommendations
• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 security functionality
• Set up SharePoint Online and Teams Spaces
• User training and support
• Participate in pre-sales projects
• Monitor technological developments and act as a reference in the field
• Handling certain projects from A to Z
• Manage planning and allocated resources

Your profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science
• Strong functional expertise in the M365 ecosystem, with a good understanding of the interconnections between the tools in the M365 suite.
• Significant experience (>5 years) in user support and/or M365 implementation.
• Good communicator, with good writing skills and a keen analytical mind
• You have good interpersonal skills, are able to listen actively and make suggestions.
• Associated certifications highly appreciated (MS-900, PL-900, MS-700, etc.)
• Experience with Powell 365 and/or Nintex (a plus)
• Fluency in French and English
• Oral and written fluency and active listening skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, dynamic, autonomous and proactive
